職務内容
Tasks
* Web banking and payment using vouchers.
* Admin duties (arranging motorcycle delivery, communicating with customers and banks via e-mail and telephone, visiting banks and post offices, fax, scanning, ordering seals and other documents, filing, distributing documents, etc.)
* Customer service (emails, phone calls, etc.)
* Bank correspondence (e-mails, phone calls, etc., opening and closing accounts, web applications)
* Data input via excel
タスク
* Webバンキング、伝票を利用した決済
* 管理業務（バイク便の手配、お客様や銀行とのメールや電話でのやりとり、銀行や郵便局への訪問、FAX、スキャン、印鑑などの発注、ファイリング、書類の配布など）
* 顧客対応（メール、電話など）
* 銀行対応（メール、電話等、口座開設・解約、WEB申込）
* エクセルでのデータ入力
理想の人材
Qualities/Experience
* Bank teller or general accounting experience is a plus.
* Teamwork, able to take initiative and take on tasks.
* Patient, honest and good-natured.
* Not afraid of numbers and detailed work.
資格・経験
* 銀行テラーまたは一般経理経験あれば尚可。
* チームワークを大切にし、率先して業務を遂行できる方。
* 忍耐強く、誠実で人当たりの良い方。
* 数字や細かい作業を恐れない方。
条件・待遇
Potential of conversion to fulltime employee based on work efforts.
Paid overtime during temporary contract (20 hours per month.)
勤務状況により正社員登用の可能性あり
派遣契約中の残業代支給（月20時間）
