About the role…

Although every day will be different, some of the things that you will do regularly include;

• Offering customers a high level of service; starting conversations with them and helping them create outfits


• Analysing selling information and working with the store manager, maximise the sales performance of your department


• Leading a team of sales advisors to achieve excellent standards of service


• Supporting recruitment events and ensure all new colleagues are made to feel welcome and are well-trained.


• Assisting the store manager to identify future talents and putting together development plans to support their progression


• Being a COS brand ambassador and providing the best experience for our customers.


• Stepping in for the store manager in his/her absence

• スタイリングのアドバイス、商品知識、店舗での経験を通じて、お客様に高いレベルのサービスを提供すること


• 販売情報を分析し、ストアマネージャーと協力して、担当エリアの販売実績を最大化すること


• セールスアシスタントのチームを率いて、優れたサービス水準を達成すること


• 採用プロセスをサポートし、新入社員を迎い入れトレーニングを実施すること


• ストアマネージャーのアシスタントとして、将来性のあるスタッフを特定し、その成長をサポートするためのキャリア開発を計画すること


• 店舗運営を 管理すること


• COSのブランドアンバサダーとして、お客様に最高のショッピング体験を提供すること


• ストアマネージャーが不在の場合は、ストアマネージャーとしての役割を担うこと

About you...
To work as a floor manager, you should have previous management/leadership experience plus the qualities below.

• Minimum 1 year management experience within a retail environment.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, train and develop a team


• Customer focused


• Self-motivated & positive


• Adaptable


• A genuine interest in others


• Open to learn about and sell our products


• Excellent planning and organisational skills


• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent commercial abilities and interest in fashion, retail.


• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required

フロアマネージャーとして働くには、これまでのマネジメント／リーダーシップの経験に加えて、以下の資質が必要です。

• アパレル業界での1年以上のマネジメント経験


• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と、チームを指導・育成する能力


• お客様のニーズを第一に考えられる

• 優れたプランニング力と組織力がある

• 必要に応じて、早朝、週末、夜間を含む柔軟なスケジュールに対応できる


• 東京のストア（青山,お台場）に出勤が可能である（業務上の都合により、他店舗への移転やその他の移動の要請が伴う場合があります。）
