Description
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and actual reports for international operations, analyzing variances and providing commentary.
* Local Business Support: Respond to ad-hoc requests and provide solutions to meet specific needs of regional and country teams for decision-making, planning, and reporting.
* Financial Performance Monitoring: Analyze and track financial statements, monitor budget performance within your area of responsibility.
* Teamwork & Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy, maintain high standards, and support senior leadership in achieving company goals.
Profile
* Highly proficient in Japanese and business English level
* Experience in FP&A or corporate planning
* Excellent analytical skills are required.
* Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is a plus.
* The candidate should have good time management skills and be a team player.
