Freelance UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced Freelance UI/UX Designer (contract-based) to support our

digital projects during a team transition.

You will work closely with a cross-disciplinary team on a project basis, creating highly usable

and visually compelling digital experiences ranging from brand, product, and campaign websites

to mobile apps for global clients.

Key responsibility

● Translate high-level requirements into user-centric, intuitive, and functional designs for

websites and mobile apps

● Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes, flowcharts, sitemaps, and prototypes to

communicate design concepts and user flows

● Actively participate in concept development and design ideation with a small team

● Produce high-quality mobile and web UI with close attention to detail

● Ensure excellent usability and visual consistency across devices

● Join key client meetings when necessary (kick-off, reviews, final delivery)

● Collaborate with designers, developers, and project members to maintain quality and

consistency

Requirements

● 3+ years of UX/UI design experience (agency or in-house), with the ability to work

independently

● Proven experience delivering UX and UI design from concept to completion

● Solid experience creating wireframes, user flows, storyboards, and sitemaps

● Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools

● Strong understanding of typography, layout, interaction design, and web best practices

● Ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects

● Clear communication and presentation skills

● Business-level Japanese is required

● Japanese is a plus

● Knowledge of branding is a plus

● Experience with UX research, usability testing, or user interviews is a plus

● Webサイト・モバイルアプリにおける要件整理およびUX / UI設計

● ワイヤーフレーム、ユーザーフロー、サイトマップ、プロトタイプの作成

● 小規模チームでのコンセプト開発・デザイン検討への参加

● 細部まで配慮したWeb / Mobile UIデザインの制作

● デバイス横断でのユーザビリティと一貫性の担保

● 必要に応じたクライアントミーティングへの参加キックオフ・レビュー・納品時など

● デザイナー、エンジニア、プロジェクトメンバーとの連携

応募条件

● 広告代理店または事業会社でのUX / UIデザイン実務経験3年以上

● コンセプト設計からアウトプットまで自走できる方

● ワイヤーフレーム、ユーザーフロー、サイトマップ制作の実務経験

● Figma、Photoshop、Illustrator等のデザインツール使用経験

● タイポグラフィ、レイアウト、インタラクション、Webの基礎知識

● 複数案件を並行して進行できる方

● 円滑なコミュニケーション・プレゼンテーション能力

● 英語での業務遂行が可能な方必須

● 日本語スキルがあれば尚可

● ブランディング領域の知識・経験があれば尚可

● UXリサーチ、ユーザビリティテスト等の経験があれば尚可
