### 2. Job Description & Responsibilities
The main objective is to improve the students' French proficiency so they can effectively conduct their official duties.
•
Lesson Format: 1-on-1 (man-to-man) private lessons.
Note: Fully online teaching is not allowed. Lessons must be either fully in-person or a hybrid of in-person and online.
•
Teaching Focus: * Emphasize native-like pronunciation, intonation, and linking (liaison).
Assign homework at the end of every lesson and test the student's understanding at the start of the next lesson.
Provide counseling on study methods and offer re-tests if the student is struggling.
•
Topic Coverage (Advanced/Specialized):
Speaking & Reading: Discuss current events and advanced topics, including security, diplomacy, military, politics, and economics.
Writing: Guide students in writing logical, structured essays on specific themes (especially security, diplomacy, and military).
Listening: Help students grasp the main points of news broadcasts from French-speaking nations.
### 3. Job Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching French.
- International Experience: A cumulative total of at least 3 years living/staying in a French-speaking country.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year university graduate).
- Language Skill: Daily conversational proficiency in Japanese (for administrative communication).
Preferred Skills / Background:
- Based near Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo.
- 1+ years of experience specifically teaching French.
### 4. Working Hours & Locations

Working Hours: Principles of
1 hour per lesson.
•
Schedule: Flexible shifts between
8:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday). You can freely choose your preferred working days and hours.

In-person (Main): 3F VORT Kagurazaka I, 34 Tansu-machi, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo (Nearest station: Ushigome-Kagurazaka Station)
In-person (Alternative): 5F ATS Otemachi Bldg., 1-4-10 Uchikanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo (Used if the main classroom is unavailable)
