Job Responsibilities:
- Frontend development using React / Remix
- Provide frontend technical support across the development organization
- Read and understand existing application code and specifications
- Modify and improve the existing environment as needed
- Design and optimize shared UI components in collaboration with designers
- Promote technical infrastructure improvements and developer experience initiatives
Job Qualifications:
- Experience in designing, developing, and operating web applications
- 5+ years of frontend development experience using React
- Continuous development experience including testing (integration / E2E, etc.)
- Experience in team-based development (code reviews, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with other roles such as PMs and designers
- Ability to proactively contribute to product and service improvements
- Strong team-oriented mindset and collaborative communication skills
- Ability to develop with a focus not only on technology but also on user value
- Technical Environment:
- Languages / Frameworks: React / Remix (SPA architecture), TypeScript, etc.
- Runtime: Bun
- UI Library: shadcn/ui
- Testing / Linter: RTL / MSW / Biome
- Hosting / Execution Environment: Cloudflare / AWS, etc.
- API Management: OpenAPI, etc.
- Tools: Figma / Notion / Slack / Miro / FigJam
Preferred Qualifications:
- Backend development experience (language agnostic)
- Experience migrating or improving legacy environments into modern architectures
- Experience creating design documentation and selecting technologies
- Experience designing UI components and establishing design guidelines
- Knowledge of API design and schema management
- Experience contributing to OSS or sharing technical knowledge publicly
Languages : Conversational level Japanese and Conversational level English.
