ジュニア―エンジニアリングとして、製品開発、量産プロセスの管理の業務を行っていただきます。
スキル・資格
１．Be familiar with the glasses design, manufacturing process, know about plastic frame glasses is preferred
２．Familiar with glasses mold, clamping fixture
３．Be familiar with Office software and CAD software
４． in English reading and writing, good communication and coordination skills
Residents in Japan only.
１．眼鏡の設計、製造工程の知識があることは望ましい
２．眼鏡の金型、治具などの知識が望ましい。
３．オフィスソフトやCADソフトに精通している
４．英語の読み書きができ、コミュニケーション能力、調整力がある。
日本にお住まいの方。
業務内容
１．Assess feasibility of product design for manufacturing, develop and drive manufacturing standards into product design, establish standard design system.
2. Work out process flow and work instruction in each NPI phase, and complete all of related parameter for product manufacturing.
3. Follow up the launch of new model in order to run smoothly the first production
4. Solve the technical problems of production
5. Improvement and support the technology problem of MP
6. New product improvement and project management
1. 設計内容の確認、評価。製造基準をデザインに反映しシステムを確立する
2. 新型モデル導入の際に、製造工程や作業指示書を作成、生産ができるよう手配を行う。
3. 新型モデルの初回生産を円滑に行うため、その立ち上げを管理する
4. 開発において技術的に難しい点を解決する
5. 量産を行うためのサポート。技術的な問題がある場合は改善をおこなう
6. 新製品の改善とプロジェクト管理
学歴
Bachelor or above, major Engineering.
工学の学士号以上
