Major Responsibilities:

EHS （環境 / 健康 / 安全）、出張管理、全社共用資材管理の主担当

■ EHS

・環境、健康、安全の各カテゴリーの関連プログラム等の企画・立案

・プログラムの実行、記録管理、分析・課題抽出

・関連トレーニングの資料準備、実行、等

■ 出張管理

・出張関連ポリシーの全社への展開

・コンプライアンスチェック業務

・国内航空券予約・宿泊予約システムの管理・運営

・契約旅行代理店の窓口業務

・ Concur Travel 利用方法・不具合発生時のサポート

・出張状況・コスト分析、等

■ 社内用・社外用全社共用資材管理

・新規資材作成サポート

・在庫管理・発注プランの立案

■ その他、総務部内の上記以外の業務の副担当、および発生ベースにてプロジェクト、タスク等を担当していただくことがあります。

Essential Skills & Abilities :

①      必須要件

・口頭および書面でのコミュニケーション能力が高く、機密事項やデリケートな問題に対処できること（営業、他部署、外部ベンダーとのやり取りが頻繁にあります）

・ Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook などのアプリケーションに習熟していること

・オープンマインドで、変化や想定外の事態への柔軟性をお持ちであること。細部にまで注意を払い業務を遂行できること

②      あれば望ましい経験・スキル

・英語での読み書きができれば尚可

Education/Experience Required :

・ 4 年制大学卒以上

・同様または類似の業務における経験（期間は問いません）、もしくは総務部門の経験を 3 年以上
