Full-time Customer Journeys AI Japanese Sales Presentation Peer Mentoring

Roles and Responsibilities:

Work closely with sales to identify solution areas and create sales enablement documents (pitches, interactive demo, proposals etc.)
Understand the client brief, and provide insightful sales presentations through industry research and analysis
Create pitch decks/interactive demos, with strong sales narratives, for cloud services across multiple industry verticals
Create chat scripts for showcasing Gen AI based Chatbot use cases
App UX/UI designing using platforms such as Flutterflow
Manage bid response creation to support sales
Run sales kick-off calls with Sales organization and stakeholders to create bid traceability matrix, collaborate with the identified bid team for timely response delivery
Conduct industry research (BFS, Telecom, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail, Technology etc.) to understand user journey
Ensure on time delivery of high quality content: apps, pitch books, proposals and commercials, in line with the client approved brand, design and language guidelines
Peer to peer mentoring and cross learning

Requirements

B.Tech / BE / BCA / MCA (Bachelors/Masters) Degree with 3-5 years of experience in a app UI/UX designing/Gen AI based use case identification
Experience in solutioning, creating customer journeys based on Gen AI use cases
Experience in script writing for videos/sizzle reels/training low code LLMs
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation capabilities in both Japanese and English

Preferred:

Candidate with enterprise sales/ pre sales/ solutions background
Experience of working in the tech industry/cloud/SaaS
Experience creating customized pitch decks & apps at industry verticals /customer/persona level
Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines
Working in cross-functional teams and engaging with different stakeholders
