Description
* Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary items for day-to-day operations.
* Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with external vendors as needed.
* Ensure the functionality and safety of office equipment, including computers, printers, and other technical devices.
* Collaborate with building management for facilities-related issues, such as security, access control, and utilities.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to general affairs activities, including contracts, invoices, and expense reports.
Profile
* Proven experience in general affairs, office administration, or a similar role.
* Comfortable communicating in English and Japanese.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
