・Conduct credit assessments for applicants in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to acquire high-quality card members and mitigate potential future risks
・Manage end-to-end processes related to new card issuance, including data entry, document handling, scanning, and card delivery setup, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
・Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance the customer experience for new customers.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Excel functions, PivotTables, or Access is a plus
Business-level typing skills
Strong communication skills
High level of accuracy with the ability to work in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies
Team player with a collaborative mindset
Strong sense of ownership and accountability to complete tasks
