総支配人として、オーナーやIHGのDirector of Operationsと協力し、ホリデイ・インエキスプレスのブランドとガイドラインに従ってホテルの日常業務を管理し、すべての機能が効果的に運営され、ゲストにプレミアムな商品と信頼ある一貫した体験を提供できるよう、管理チームを指導し、権限を与え、その強みを構築します。従業員の明確な業績目標を設定し、定期的にフィードバックをします。また人材パイプラインを構築するために高い可能性を秘めた人材タレントの育成を促進します。

ブランド・アンバサダーとして、すべてのコミュニケーション、マーケティング施策、行動の中心にブランドを据えます。ホリデイ・インエキスプレスのブランドプロミスや行動指針、市場知識、ソーシャルメディアを活用し、営業・マーケティングチームと協力して明確な戦略を提供しながら、競合に打ち勝つ方法を考えるようチャレンジします。また、短期的な行動と決断のバランスをとりながら、ビジネスへの長期的な影響を考慮し、収益と将来の収益性を促進し、オーナーへの資本に対して最大の投資収益率を実現します。

理想的な候補者は、経験が豊富なゼネラルマネージャーとしての実績がある方です。 多様なグループとの関係構築に強みを持ち、卓越したステークホルダー管理能力がこの職務の成功に最も重要です。ホテル・アドミニストレーションまたはビジネス・アドミニストレーションの学士号または同等の学位があれば尚可。日本語ネイティブ及びビジネスレベルの英語の読み書き、会話ができれば理想的です。

現在、日本に居住可能で就労するための法的要件を満たしている方であれば国籍は問いません。

Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji is a conversion hotel opened in 2021. Located on Midosuji, Osaka's most famous main street, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the world-famous Shinsaibashi and Namba shopping districts, as well as the business and financial district of Yodoyabashi. The hotel will be located in a prime location where guests can enjoy all that Osaka has to offer, including shopping, dining, and nightlife.

At Holiday Inn Express Osaka City Centre Midosuji, you will find everything you need to start your day with high-speed Wi-Fi, quality bedding, a choice of pillows, and best of all, a complimentary breakfast buffet and coffee or take-out for those in a hurry.

In this role, General Manager will work with owners and IHG’s Director of Operation to manage day-to-day operations of this service hotel by leading, empowering and building on the strengths of the management team to ensure all functions are operating effectively so guests are offered a premium product and a reliable, consistent experience in accordance with our Holiday Inn Express brand and guidelines. You will establish clear performance goals for employees, provide regular feedback and facilitate the development of high-potential individuals to build a strong talent pipeline.

Acting as a Brand Ambassador, you will place the brand at the centre of all communications, marketing initiatives and actions. You will use the Holiday Inn Express brand promise and guiding principles, market knowledge and social media, and work with the Sales and Marketing team to provide a clear strategy while challenging them to think of ways to beat the competition. You will also balance short-term actions and decision with the longer-term impact on the business to drive revenue, future profitability and deliver maximum return on investment for your owner’s equity.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a General Manager with strong commercial experience. Strength in building relationships with diverse groups as well as exceptional stakeholder management skills will be paramount in the success of this role. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Business Administration will also be beneficial. Japanese native or business level in reading, writing and speaking, as well as English speaker would be ideal.

You must currently meet the legal requirements to live and work in Japan.
