As we continue to scale, we're gearing up to establish new locations to facilitate the growth of our team. With a vision to reach approximately 800+ iDealers and operate in 20 locations within the next 2-3 years, we're committed to enhancing our compliance practices.We are looking for a Global Employment & HR Compliance Lead remotely in Spain, Poland or Ukraine. You will lead new locations set up, work across multiple jurisdictions with specific requirements from an Employment and Compliance perspective. Your impact will be instrumental in setting up processes for audits, maintaining global HR compliance standards, and efficiently managing the growing inflow of employment-related requests, including hiring, terminations, and relocations.
