Job Summary

Technical Process Analyst acts as a matter expert and communications point between the Venture Executive and Technology & Innovation (T&I). The job holder manages the communication with T&I for effective support while PDPs are being developed and is involved in technology and technical reviews during development and execution stages of the LCH Venture project. In addition, Technical Process Analyst liaises with T&I for timely delivery of T&I deliverables and technical responses and is involved in overseeing the overall technical performance management of Licensors, settlement of disputes to ensure that all provisions of the Licensing Agreements are met. Job holder takes direct ownership for the CAPEX optimization of the Venture Program through technology selection and process flow and operational design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Contribution

    • Ensure seamless strategic alignment between Venture Executive goals and T&I activities, fostering effective collaboration and contribution.
    • Participate in strategy discussions to provide technical insights and considerations for enhancing project outcomes, ensuring that the design of the LTC project is having the required technical provisions to run effectively and reliably.
  • Project Development

    • Facilitate effective communication between Venture Executive and T&I, ensuring clarity and alignment on project objectives and requirements.
    • Coordinate efforts during PDP development, technology reviews, and technical assessments, ensuring timely progress.
    • Participate in technology and technical reviews during the development stage.
  • Project Value Improvement Practices

    • Embed technical provisions from field process lessons learned into asset design, enhancing operational reliability and performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for value improvement and optimization.
    • Drive the implementation of best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in technical process management.
  • Project Execution

    • Collaborate with T&I to ensure punctual delivery of technical deliverables and responses, maintaining project quality and timeline requirements set by the Project Management Contractor (PMC) and This Company's Project Management Team (PMT) and enabling smooth project progression.
    • Participate in technology and technical reviews during the execution stage.
    • Oversee the holistic technical performance management of licensors, ensuring the fulfillment of all provisions outlined in Licensing Agreements.
  • Safety, Quality & Environment

    • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across LCH Venture to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service, and a responsible environmental attitude.
    • Collaborate with T&I to integrate safety considerations into project development and execution, minimizing risks to personnel and assets.
    • Support in assessing the readiness of crisis management and business continuity measures.

Requirements:

  • This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Bachelor degree in engineering field, master degree will be preferred.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Minimum Experience: 15+ years of experience related to Technology & Innovation (T&I) in petrochemical or energy industries.
