·         You will be an owner of impactful initiatives, responsible for user acquisition and growth in existing cities where DiDi Food operates.
·         You will conduct analysis and user researches based on both qualitative and quantitative data, get into details, and identify the opportunities to improve offline execution, expand to new channels/partnerships, and increase new user conversion.
·         You will design, build, and deploy innovative solutions to attract more new users, and to improve the processes, which vary by city by week.
·         You will work with different departments, conduct various campaigns to expand DiDi Food`s influence to fuel user growth.
·         Effectively lead the team to establish cooperation with local media/restaurants, according to company instructions.
What you need to be successful:
·         Strong communication capability, you should be good at communicating and cooperating with different partners, like local medias, restaurants, etc.
·         Abundant resources in media industry or/and restaurants industry, which prefer to be located in northern Japan.
·         A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related user growth experience.
·         Strong analytical skills, including experience of conducting analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data, utilizing insights to develop offline growth strategy, and deliver executions in a scalable and efficient way.
·         Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel without compromising the quality of deliverables.
·         A strong customer-centric mindset - you are always thinking about how users get to know us and interact with us.
Other skills that may contribute to your success:
·         Fluency in Japanese, and business level writing & speaking English is a plus.
·         Reliable, effective team management and communications.
·         Flexible self-starter, comfortable with changes.

·         会社の指示に則り、チームを効果的に導き、地元のメディア/レストランとの協力関係を確立させる。
 
【応募資格】
必須
·         地元のメディアやレストランなど、さまざまなパートナーとの意思疎通を図り、また協力をすることができる高いコミュニケーション能力。
·         メディア業界およびレストラン業界(日本北部に位置するものが好ましい)の豊富なリソース。
·         学士号または同等の経験、およびユーザー成長に関連する5年以上の経験。
·         定性データおよび定量データに基づく分析を実施し、オフライン成長戦略を開発し、拡大可能かつ効果的な方法での実施を可能にするための洞察行った経験を含む、高度な分析スキル。
·         詳細に注意を払い、成果の質を損なうことなく、複数のプロジェクトに並行して取り組むことができる。
·         確固とした顧客中心の考え方:ユーザーがどれほど我々のことを認知し、交流を図っているのかを常に考えることができる。
