Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire system development process in the Guidewire Cloud project.
- Promoting cloud-based architecture and system design.
- Solve system-related issues and manage risks.
- Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.
Job Qualification:
- Experience (5+ years) participating in projects for Japanese domestic customers from a vendor's perspective.
- Experience in stakeholder management
- High level of expertise in system architecture and system design.
- The ability to work in collaboration with local delivery teams to solve customer problems.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- Candidates must hold a PMP certification and have experience with Agile/Lean projects.
- Practical experience with Guidewire Cloud
- Experience in building and integrating systems using AWS or Azure (3 years or more)
Language Proficiency: Native level Japanese (JLPT N1 or Native)
