- Lead end-to-end Guidewire projects, managing project plans, IT teams, vendors, risks, SLAs, and delivery for Japanese customers.
- Drive enterprise insurance technology transformation, with opportunities to work on Guidewire Cloud and modern Agile/Lean delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with global and local teams, strengthening stakeholder management and leadership skills while solving complex customer and project challenges.
Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire system development process in the Guidewire Suite project.
- Develop and manage project plans in collaboration with business partners and shared services.
- Apply project management processes and lead and manage the IT program team.
- Solve project challenges and manage risks.
- Conduct project meetings and track progress.
- Verify that the vendor's performance meets contractual specifications and SLAs without any issues.
- Provide technical and analytical support to project team members.
Job Qualification:
- Experience (5 years or more) participating in projects for Japanese customers from a vendor perspective.
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Familiarity with project management concepts and the SDLC (System Development Lifecycle) methodology is required.
- The ability to work collaboratively with local delivery teams to solve customer challenges.
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- PMP certified professional with experience in Agile/Lean methodologies.
- Guidewire Cloud experience
Language Proficiency: Business level Japanese (JLPT N2).
