職務概要
本ポジションは、Guidewire Suite導入プロジェクトにおけるデリバリー責任者として、お客様のビジネス目標達成を支援する役割です。プロジェクト計画、進捗管理、リスク管理、ステークホルダーマネジメントを通じて、複数チームを横断的にリードしながらプロジェクト成功を実現していただきます。高度なプロジェクトマネジメントスキルと保険業界への知見を活かし、お客様に継続的な価値を提供できるポジションです。
業務内容
- Guidewire Suiteプロジェクトにおけるシステム開発プロセス全体を監督する
- ビジネスパートナーおよび共有サービスと連携してプロジェクト計画を策定・管理する
- プロジェクト管理プロセスを適用し、ITプログラムチームをリード・管理する
- プロジェクト上の課題を解決し、リスクを管理する
- プロジェクト会議を実施し、進捗を追跡する
- ベンダーのパフォーマンスが契約仕様およびSLAを問題なく満たしていることを確認する
- プロジェクトチームメンバーに対して技術的および分析的サポートを提供する
応募条件・資格
- 日本の顧客向けプロジェクトにベンダー側で参画されたご経験（5年以上）
- ステークホルダーマネジメントのご経験
- プロジェクト管理の概念およびSDLC（システム開発ライフサイクル）手法に精通していること
- お客様が抱える課題の解決に向けて、現地のデリバリーチームと協業して業務にあたることができる能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語がネイティブレベルであること
歓迎される経験
- 保険業界または金融サービス業界での経験
- Agile/Leanの経験を持つPMP資格保有者
- Guidewireクラウドの経験
