Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Practice Lead to help build and grow Guidewire capability in Japan, supporting business development, solutioning, delivery governance, and team capability building.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the Guidewire practice in Japan
- Support Guidewire opportunities from pre-sales to delivery
- Provide Guidewire expertise across claims, policy, billing, and related insurance areas
- Work with local and global teams to define delivery approach and governance
- Support project mobilization, staffing, mentoring, and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to proposal activities, client discussions, and business growth
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong Guidewire implementation or insurance transformation experience
- Experience with ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or related modules
- Good understanding of P&C insurance processes
- Experience leading teams, programs, or large transformation initiatives
- Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Ability to work with both Japanese stakeholders and global teams
- Japanese and/or English business-level communication skills required
- Guidewire certification is a plus
