Description
* Take lead in complaint handling and supporting in GVP requirements
* Use company SOPS to ensure proper complaint report evaluations
* Manage feedback from company's manufacturers
* If necessary conduct any field actions or CAPA
Profile
* University degree in scientific or related environment
* Experience in PMS or related area in the medical device environment
* High fluency in English and Japanese (Non-native speakers will not be selected)
* Knowledge local regulations as well as ISO's (ISO 13485)
