SUMMARY:
Implements the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program locally under supervision of the HCC Officer of J&J Vision, specifically related to Due Diligence of Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs). Serves as a partner to business sponsors who manages such TPIs. Provides support to HCC Officer and HCC Manager of J&J Vision to implement other compliance related programs related to Fair Competition Code, FCPA, and other regulations/guidelines. Areas of support may include communication, training, monitoring, transparency reporting, grants committee operation and data collection/analysis.

DURATION OF WORK:
The person will be under 1 year 's contract with Johnson and Johnson, which will not be renewed.
PROFILE:
Requires strong communication and administrative skills
Background may include Compliance, Sales Administration and Legal.
Ability to manage complexity a must.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Partnering with business sponsors to manage Due Diligence cycle of TPIs, which may include direct communication with TPIs
Providing input in relation to the Due Diligence process and documents
Engaging in information sharing with the regional team, and local cross sector HCC colleagues
Providing support to HCC Officer and HCC Manager to ensure business activities with health care professionals (HCPs) and government officials (GOs) are planned in consistence with applicable HCC policies and procedures
Acting as a contact point, provide day-to-day guidance, advice to covered employees, including providing process and system knowhow related to the Due Diligence process or other basic compliance related matters
Providing support to HCC Officer and HCC Manager to deploy HCC policies and/or procedures in covered business unit and/or department by providing necessary training and/or communication to covered employees, managing changes, and monitoring implementation
Assist data collection for investigation related to covered business areas
Interface with the regional HCC community to share approaches to HCC
Qualifications - External
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of BA/BS required
Minimum of 5 years business, legal and/or compliance-related experience preferred
Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry standards for Japan, as well as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act preferred
