* Supervise e-shop improvements, including UI enhancements and system integrations.
* Coordinate product purchase orders and forecasting to ensure stock availability and sales targets are met.
* Drive activation and promotion plans aligned with marketing objectives.
* Optimize fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
* Lead SEO improvements and performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
* Manage visual assets and maintain relationships with external agencies.
Profile
* Proven experience in e-commerce operations management, including own e-shop and marketplaces.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze digital analytics and drive future growth.
* Proficiency in Microsoft packages, with knowledge of image processing tools preferred.
* Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
