We are currently partnering with a fast-growing AI & Technology company in Japan that is expanding its Generative AI and Cybersecurity product development team and is now looking for Global Full Stack Engineers.
This position offers the opportunity to join the development of a new in-house SaaS product in the Generative AI × Cybersecurity space, currently entering its global expansion phase.
The engineering team is building a platform focused on the secure enterprise adoption and monitoring of Generative AI, combining modern Web Application Development, AI technologies, data analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.
Business-level Japanese and English are required for this position.

About the Position
The company is currently developing and globally expanding a new SaaS product at the intersection of Generative AI and Cybersecurity.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will work hands-on with the product development team and contribute to both backend and frontend development.
The position involves developing systems for collecting and analyzing Generative AI usage data, visualization and monitoring functionality, security-related features, integrations with major Generative AI technologies, and the cloud infrastructure supporting the platform.
This is not only an implementation role.
Engineers will have opportunities to contribute to API and database design, application architecture, cloud infrastructure, engineering quality, development processes, and the overall evolution of a new global product.
You will work closely with Product Managers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, and other engineers in a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop backend and frontend components using primarily Go, Python, and TypeScript
• Develop systems for collecting and analyzing Generative AI usage logs and related data
• Develop monitoring and data visualization functionality
• Build security-related functionality including prompt detection and anomaly detection
• Implement integrations with major Generative AI platforms and technologies
• Design and improve APIs, databases, and application architecture
• Design, build, and operate cloud infrastructure using AWS
• Conduct code reviews and continuously improve software quality
• Improve engineering practices and development processes within the team
• Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, cybersecurity specialists, and engineers on new functionality and product improvements
• Contribute hands-on to a new SaaS product during its early-stage growth and global expansion phase
Requirements
Required Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of professional Web Application Development experience using at least one of the following:
- Go / Golang
- Python
- TypeScript
• Experience using Git/GitHub for source control, code review, and team-based software development
• Experience developing, deploying, and operating applications in cloud environments such as AWS
Language Requirements
• Japanese: Business level or above
• English: Business level or above
Candidates must be comfortable communicating with local teams and stakeholders in Japanese while also collaborating with international customers and global team members in English.
Preferred Experience & Skills
• Experience developing or operating applications utilizing Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience developing data platforms, log analytics systems, monitoring systems, or data visualization products
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity, including areas such as threat detection, vulnerabilities, and attack methods
• Experience designing GraphQL, gRPC, or JSON-RPC APIs
• Experience with database design
• Experience designing, building, or operating AWS environments using services such as Lambda, ECS, and CloudWatch
• Experience developing products within small teams, startups, or early-stage/new-product environments
