Position Details
We are seeking a candidate with the potential to thrive as a hands-on manager in HR. (Note: You will join the team as a HRBP Specialist.)
・Manage, mentor, and evaluate the HR team.
・Set team goals, monitor progress, and resolve operational challenges.
・Report to senior management and handle negotiations and coordination with relevant departments.
Work Environment
Mandatory Qualifications:
・Professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
・Minimum 10 years of progressive work experience in HR, with a balanced background across Business HR and/or Centers of Excellence (COEs).
・Business-level proficiency in Japanese
・Business-level proficiency in English
Desired Qualifications:
・Expertise in one or more centers of excellence (leadership development, talent management, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, etc.)
・Experience leading and developing teams/project teams with the ability to inspire, innovate, motivate, influence, and hold teams accountable to high standards.
・Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
