The HR Senior Manager will collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to support the company's field and back-office operations in various areas of HR and general affairs, including recruitment, evaluation, compensation, benefits, and labor affairs. This person will be the primary point of contact for group employees, they will work proactively with department managers, retail managers, store managers, and HR counterparts to address workplace challenges.

Description
* Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
* Ensure appropriate HR structures are in place to achieve the company's objectives and timely acquisition of talent necessary for business/strategic plans.
* Design, implement, and manage organizational talent development programs to enhance individual employee performance and meet current/future talent needs, creating headquarters and store training and development plans.
* Collaborate with all departments and stores to support the recruitment process and drive the hiring of talent.
* Provide appropriate advice based on HR policies and support the implementation of solutions to inquiries from managers and employees.
* Manage HR operations, actively supporting HR and general affairs members such as HR managers, outsourced staff, and temporary employees.
* Understand and interpret labor relations and related employment laws, promoting strict compliance and striving for improvements in workplace safety and security.
* Collaborate with retail and finance departments to establish, understand, maintain, and improve appropriate staffing levels.
* Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all documents and materials related to employees.
* Create and manage a reasonable budget for HR-related expenses.
* Support and implement various HR projects and initiatives.
Profile
* 5+ years of practical experience in HR, general affairs, and labor affairs.
* Practical knowledge of Japanese employment and labor standards.
* Ability to support related business departments and independently carry out tasks.
* Understanding of teamwork, gratitude, and respect for colleagues.
* Time management, flexibility, and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to think proactively, critically, autonomously, and drive organizational change.
* Able to maintain of a high level of confidentiality.
* Business-level English proficiency with Japanese fluency.
* Bachelor's Degree.
