Description
* Providing advice and guidance to your stakeholders and peers: employees, business leaders and APAC HR team
* Work with leaders on strategic direction to ensure that the company can attract and keep the best talents in the market
* Work with the APAC HR team in the execution of all HR related activities for the Japan business
* Support managers on employee relations issues confidentially
* Performance Management, organizational development related activities
* Analyze and provide advice on the best people related policies
* Day to day HR operations
Profile
* Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
* At least 7 yrs. of HR experience in an MNC
* Analytical and independent
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders
