* Taking care of Employee Relations (ER) issues
* Handle Performance Management
Profile
* Bachelors degree
* Fluent in Japanese and business level English
* Recent HR Business Partner (HRBP) or HR Generalist experience
* Excellent communication skills with leadership and business executives
* Proficiency with MS Office and HR-related systems
* Experience with HR-related systems
