Description
HRBP & Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with departmental and team leaders to integrate business goals with HR strategies.
- Build relationships with employees, facilitate communication, and resolve labor issues.
- Design, implement, and evaluate HR programs such as performance management, training, and leadership development.
- Evaluate hiring needs, create job ads, and develop recruiting strategies.
- Utilize online and offline recruiting platforms to distribute job postings and build relationships with active and passive job seekers.
- Select qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
- Reporting to HRBP in UK
Profile
HR experience: 8-10 years with TA focus minimum 3 years ( middle level HR )
Solid experience as HR generalist, exp in TA, Performance Management, ER & Japan labor law
Solid experience in sales recruitment , similar industry is a plus
Strong communication skills and people skills; Personality traits: outgoing, ambitious, aggressive
