About this Position
All-round HR support to respective HRBP, including annual HR cycles, lifecycle management, HR reporting, business programs, organization and activation projects.What you´ll do
1. Provide HR operational and administrative support including TA, development, organization change, compensation & benefits, training, and labor relations.
2. Manage employee queries, support annual HR program deployment, and coordinate employee communications.
3. Organize and facilitate training/workshops; update and maintain HR data including FTE movement, attrition, promotion, and organizational effectiveness.
4. Support GBS inquiry resolution, user acceptance testing, daily process improvement, and assigned HR projects.
What makes you a good fit
2–6 years of HR-related experience
Experience working in a company with 50+ employees
Background in Recruitment, HR Operations, or HR Generalist roles
Experience in stakeholder management and HR process management
Proficiency in English
Ability to work across a broad range of HR responsibilities in a growing organization
