依頼主の代理人としてゼネコンを指導し、利益を最大化する建築PM業務。主任として工場・研究所の案件をお任せ。常に案件を獲得できる基盤がある為、様々な領域にも挑戦できます。週3日～4日の出張も相談可能です。

・プロジェクト計画策定、KPIを用いたパフォーマンス管理
・ゼネコンや設計事務所への指導・マネジメント
・リソース調達、品質・安全・環境(HSE)の計画と継続的管理
・部門横断チームのリードと促進
事業用不動産サービス事業を展開するCBRE社との提携により、工場・データセンター・オフィス・商業施設等、最先端かつ大規模な案件に携われます。
■概要

資格
【必須】何らかの建築のPM経験、もしくは建築現場での管理経験
【歓迎】英語の実務経験、工場・プラントに関するご経験
