Japan Trade Operationsは、日本のサプライチェーン部門の中核機能の一つとして、2015年の発足以来

三法人 (日本メドトロニック、メドトロニックソファモアダネック、コヴィディエンジャパン) の輸出入業務

および国際物流を統括しているチームです。私たちは、医療機器を必要とする患者様へ迅速かつ安全に製品を

＜業務内容＞

本ポジションでは、輸出入アナリストとして主に以下の業務をご担当いただきます。

• 輸出入通関および配送・輸送指示

• 税番 (HSコード)および製品情報の管理・整備

• 国際輸送（航空・海上）の管理

• インボイスの照合作業 など

社内外の関係者や海外拠点と連携しながら、日常業務の中核を担っていただきます。

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• 通関関連業務の経験3年以上
  ※HSコードを分類できる方は歓迎

Skill / Knowledge

• 英会話力（英検2級またはTOEIC 550～600点程度以上）

• 国際物流に関する実務知識（航空/海上輸送、フォワーダ管理、リードタイム、コスト管理など）

• Microsoft Office（Excel、Word）の基本操作

Competency

• コミュニケーション力：
  社内外ステークホルダーおよび海外拠点と円滑に連携できるコミュニケーションを図れる方

• 問題解決力・思考力：
  業務課題を構造的にとらえ、原因の分析、解決策の提案を自ら実行できる方

• Power Automate、Python等を活用したレポート作成や業務自動化の経験

• AIツール（Copilot、ChatGPT等）を活用した業務経験

＜About OU＞

Japan Trade Operations is one of the core functions within the Japan Supply Chain organization.

Since its establishment in 2015, the team has been responsible for overseeing import/export operations and international logistics for three entities: Medtronic Japan, Medtronic Sofamor Danek, and Covidien Japan.

Our mission is to deliver medical devices to patients quickly and safely, and we carry out our daily operations based on the following key objectives:

• Ensure accurate and efficient import/export operations

• Continuously strengthen trade compliance

• Optimize QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) in international logistics

This position offers the opportunity to engage in highly impactful logistics work within a global environment.

＜Main Responsibilities＞

In this role, you will serve as an Import/Export Analyst and primarily be responsible for the following:

• Manage Import/Export customs clearance, delivery arrangements, and shipment instructions

• Maintain and manage HS codes and product-related information

• Oversee international transportation (air and ocean)

• Perform invoice verification and reconciliation

You will play a central role in daily operations, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and overseas offices.

＜Must Haves＞

Job Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customs-related operations

• Experience in HS classification is a plus

Skill / Knowledge

• English communication skills

(equivalent to EIKEN Grade 2 or TOEIC score of approximately 550–600 or higher)

• Practical knowledge of international logistics
  (air/ocean freight, forwarder management, lead time control, cost management, etc.)

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

  Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders as well as overseas offices

  Ability to structure business challenges, analyze root causes, and proactively propose and implement solutions

• Bachelor Degree (Any faculty or department is acceptable.)

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as Sales or Customer Service

Skill / Knowledge

• Licensed Customs Specialist (Customs Broker qualification)

• Knowledge of or experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (experience in data analysis and process improvement using Power Query, VBA, etc.)

• Experience in report creation and business process automation using tools such as Power Automate or Python

• Experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) in business operations

  Ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment and continuously develop new skills and knowledge

• Hybrid work model: generally required to work from the Shinagawa office 3 days per week
