The Role: Public Health Nurse
Entegris Yonezawa Plant is recruiting a Public Health Nurse to promote employee health.

What you will do:
Plan and conduct periodic health examination
定期健康診断の計画と実施
Medical checkup results management
検診結果の管理
Follow-up interviews and health consultations with employees who have medical findings
有所見者との面談及び個別指導
Provide health consultations and mental health–related support
健康相談、メンタルヘルスに関するサポート
Return-to-work support for employees (Including pregnant employees)
復職者・休職者面談、妊産婦等のサポート全般
Medical room management (first aid kit, equipment)
医務室の管理（救急箱、備品類）
Work closely with the industrial doctor, including coordination tasks
産業医との連携及びパトロール、委員会等の調整
Plan and conduct flu shot
インフルエンザワクチン接種の計画と実施
What we seek:
Must have a nursing license and a minimum of 7 years of experience
看護師資格を所有していること、7年以上の実務経験を有すること
Outstanding candidates will have :
Ability to communicate with others
Ability to use PC for simple data entry
