Infra Tech Lead in Finance

Appealing Points:

• Manage enterprise Linux infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, supporting critical business systems.
• Build expertise in automation and operations using Bash, Python, ServiceNow, AutoSys, and enterprise monitoring tools.
• Work on end-to-end infrastructure management including system administration, security, networking, virtualization, and performance optimization.

Annual Salary : 8 Million Yen and above

Job Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure construction and operation services for specific customers (cloud/on-premise)
• System maintenance: Installation, upgrade, and configuration of Linux distributions (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS, etc.) and third-party software.
• Monitoring and performance: Monitoring system performance, resource utilization, and uptime to prevent, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Security and compliance: Implementing security measures, managing firewall settings, applying security patches, and managing user accounts/permissions.
• Automation and scripting: Creating and maintaining scripts (Bash, Python) to automate routine maintenance tasks. Backup and recovery:
• Designing and executing system backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Network and virtualization: Configuring network services (DNS, NFS, Web servers) and managing virtualization environments.

Job Qualifications:

• Linux expertise
• Deep knowledge of the Linux operating system and command-line interface
• Scripting ability: Experience with shell scripting (Bash), and experience with languages such as Python or Perl is a plus.
• Network knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Technical problem-solving ability: Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
