Inhouse Service Technician

The Services Technician will be responsible for delivering the desired customer service. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Repair, maintenance, and calibration of laboratory equipment as part of inhouse services, as well as the management of these tasks.

• Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

• Produce timely and detailed service reports and quotation

• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations / briefings

• Develop and maintain communication networks with dealers and end users.

• Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Other Requirements:
(Minimum)

• Over 3 years’ experience as Service technician (Inhouse service or Field service)
• PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
• Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
• Positive mindset, can-do attitude and willingness to change
• Logical, self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, skilful for handle multi-tasks, quick learner, team spirit, and can work under high pressure
• Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
• Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required

(Ideal)

• Working experience and knowledge for Quality management system（e.g. ISO9001,ISO17025 etc.）
• Management and leadership experience
• Good command of spoken and written English (ex. TOEIC score 500 or above)
• Familiarity with mobile tools and applications
• Excellent presentation skills
• Outstanding negotiation skills
