Job Description

The Inside Account Manager uses excellent selling skills and a solid understanding of Keysight’s test and visibility offerings, selling Keysight solutions to end user customers or channel partners. Inside Account Manager is a key member of the Asia Pacific sales team, working primarily over telephone and email. Focus will be on acquiring new customers and sales funnel development. You may be responsible for closing the sale or may generate leads for Field Sales staff. 


  • Responds to inbound sales calls, emails and web inquiries
  • Qualifies prospects to determine fit for Keysight’s products and services
  • Outbound prospecting via phone and email to uncover new business opportunities
  • Works collaboratively with local sales managers and engineers to speed sales
  • Support the local sales team as needed, including account research, quoting and other tasks
  • May be asked to complete end-to-end transaction management: requirements gathering, proposal / quoting, coordination with channel partners, through transaction completion and fulfillment assurance
  • Log activities in, track leads and opportunities, and run sales reports
  • Attend regular online or in-person product training sessions to develop product expertise
  • Occasional attendance at Keysight seminars, industry trade shows and other events

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in lead management, prospecting, funnel development, and closing experience preferred 
  • Conversant in IP network architecture and security
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Outreach desirable
  • College degree preferred
