YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As a Regional Cross-Solution Integrated Media Coordinator you are responsible for the regional content management of the Integrated Media programs. You work in close partnership with Regional Account Managers to ensure the solution and brand specific programs are set-up, run, optimised and reported on, with a particular focus on the paid media content and regional customer journey.

As a Regional Integrated Media Coordinator, you understand regional platforms and audience nuances, to help inform the global paid media content production and delivery. You will focus on populating content libraries and project managing content and campaign assets for paid media from internal stakeholders and through to the agency. You will ensure all content production and delivery is standardized across solutions in your region and the same templates are used.

You will enjoy using the tools and technologies available to analyse regional content performance, based upon our paid media KPIs and recommend and create regional content optimisations accordingly. You will partner closely with your Regional Account Manager to share relevant, actionable content and messaging insights back to the business.

A good understanding of integrated content marketing will allow you to be an expert in paid media content and customer journeys, to create the regional content libraries and proactively manage content refreshes. You will have an incredible eye for detail and keep close track of all assets live in region, by solution, by channel and by campaign. You will be able to share out this accurate information with stakeholders as part of an agreed format and cadence.

The success of your role will focus on ensuring paid media content is being activated and is being tracked in region, aligned to our global plans as owned by the IMT Account Directors (AD). You collaborate with the Regional Account Manager to support them in delivering relevant regional information back out to the Regional Cross Solution Lead in the IDT.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience in paid media activation
  • Good copywriting skills and how this translates for different paid media channels
  • Experience in working for and/or with agencies
  • Experience translating digital content analysis into actionable insights
  • A good understanding of the region, especially as it pertains to paid media content and messaging; including local platform nuances
  • Understanding of paid search, paid social, content syndication and programmatic advertising
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • You will have a data-driven, digital, customer-first mindset
  • Able to use tools and technology (MSIGHTS, AA, ICE etc.)
  • Top organization skills
  • A strong team player who is both proactive and positive about all that’s possible
  • Fluent communication skills in both English and Japanese


ABOUT THE TEAM
The Integrated Media Team (IMT) develops and owns SAP’s global paid media strategy and is responsible for delivering successful integrated media programs at scale, in partnership with our agency-of-record (OMD).

A truly global org, the IMT spans; APJ, GC, Japan, EMEA /MEE, LAC and NA with specialists in region within SAP and on the agency-side. This specialist team leads global paid media planning, execution and optimisation to deliver always-on performance marketing.

As a team of experts, the IMT is knowledgeable and has deep experience of running digital paid media campaigns and stays on-top of industry advancements, to ensure SAP is innovating to help drive performance. The IMT integrates across Acquisition Channels to support building cohesive channel strategies and collaborates closely with other teams across SAP, including being a close partner to IDT and BAM.

The IMT is responsible for driving partnership with key platforms; including owning relationships and managing our Paid Media Agency of Record (OMD), LinkedIn and Google.
