You will develop comprehensive project plans, lead cross-functional teams, and promote best practices within the organization.

Description
* Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of international projects from initiation to closure.
* Develop detailed project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, milestones, and responsibilities.
* Establish clear communication channels to report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
* Monitor performance metrics to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks, and execute contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
* Conduct regular project status meetings and report to senior management.
* Support the Transformation and Project Management Office with business reviews and compliance.
* Foster a collaborative team environment and mentor project team members.
* Contribute to building a high-performing project management team and improving project management quality.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Japanese (N1 or native level).
* 5+ years of experience managing complex international projects with diverse teams.
* Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* High cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
* Experience in driving complex transformative initiatives.
* Consulting experience in professional services or in-house consulting.
* Background in molecular biology, genomics, or personalized medicine.
* Knowledge of additional European languages (French, German, Italian, Polish, Spanish).
