Job Description Summary

Interventionalプロダクトマネージャーとして、当社の血管撮影装置IGS・心臓カテーテルモニタリングシステムPruckaの戦略的な販売計画立案を担当します。また製品の顧客トレーニング、販売店トレーニングの企画参画も実施していただきます。

Job Description

製品戦略の策定:

• 市場調査を実施し、顧客のニーズや業界トレンドを分析。
• 製品ラインのビジョンと戦略を策定し、目標達成に貢献する。
• 競合他社の製品を評価し、差別化ポイントを特定する。

マーケティングと販売:

• 製品の販売戦略を策定し、営業担当者と連携して市場投入を計画する。
• マーケティング資料やトレーニングプログラムを作成し、販売促進活動を支援する。
• 顧客からのフィードバックを収集し、製品改善に活かす。

顧客対応とサポート:

• 顧客の要求や問題に迅速に対応し、信頼関係を構築する。
• 製品に関する技術的なサポートを提供する。

予算とリソース管理:

• マーケティングの予算を管理し、リソースの最適化を図る。

規制遵守:

• 医療機器に関する規制に準拠した製品販売を推進する。
• 法規制の変更に対応し、修正に必要な情報を入手する。

応募資格:

• 医療機器または関連分野でのプロダクトマネジメント経験（3年以上が望ましい）若しくは販売・サポート・使用の経験がある事が望ましい。
• 機器に関する知識があることが望ましい。
• 技術的な理解力とプロジェクト管理スキル。
• ビジネスレベル以上の日本語及び英語能力。
• マーケティングおよび販売戦略の立案・実行経験。
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力とチームでの協働スキル。
