Your role and responsibilities

As a Process Delivery Specialist in Procurement Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), you will manage internal transactions related to ordering and receiving services and handle procurement data. You will conduct daily process transactions, identify opportunities for process and operational improvements, and work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Manage Internal Transactions: Conduct daily process transactions, ensuring accurate and timely ordering and receiving of services, and handle procurement data to maintain efficient transaction-flow and reporting.

Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze current processes and operations to identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Support Vendor Engagement: Assist in vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, inventory control, contract negotiation, vendor management, supplier evaluation, purchasing, and supply chain activities.

Execute Procurement Activities: Perform procurement-related tasks, such as purchasing and supply chain activities, to ensure effective execution of procurement processes.

Maintain Efficiency: Work to maximize the efficiency of transaction-flow and reporting, ensuring that procurement processes are executed effectively and efficiently.

Required technical and professional expertise

Exposure to Procurement Processes: Familiarity with procurement data management, transaction-flow, and reporting, including ordering and receiving services.

Experience Working with Vendor Management: Knowledge of vendor engagement and contracting processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control.

Understanding of Transactional Systems: Exposure to systems used for conducting daily process transactions, such as procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Basic Knowledge of Supply Chain Activities: Familiarity with purchasing and supply chain activities, including contract negotiation and supplier evaluation.

Experience with Data Analysis: Exposure to analyzing data to identify areas for process and operational improvements.

Preferred technical and professional experience

Procurement Data Management: Exposure to procurement data management, including ordering and receiving services, is beneficial for this role. Familiarity with procurement software or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is also advantageous.

Vendor Management Knowledge: Experience working with vendor management processes, including product research, cost analysis, and inventory control, is desirable.

Data Analysis Skills: Exposure to analyzing data to identify areas for process and operational improvements is preferred.
