IT ENGINEER
スキル・資格
1. 2 years above experience for IT , can solve independently IT Issues
2. Good English skills both on oral and writing.
3. Application support experience & skills, especially SAP, would be a strong plus (not mandatory).
Residents in Japan only.
1. 2 年以上のIT に関する実務経験、トラブル対応解決できる。
2．ビジネスレベルの英語力（会話、読み書き）
3．アプリケーションサポートの経験とスキル、SAPを扱ったことがあれば尚可
日本にお住まいの方
業務内容
1. Implementation and maintenance for IT infrastructure (network,windows system,hardward device...).
2. IT related project support
3. IT support for end users
4. Support users in their daily of corporate applications, e.g. SAP and perform basic troubleshooting based on documents and training provided.
5. Escalate to communicate and cooperate with regional and corporate IT teams to solve complex functional or technical issues related to applications.

4. サーバの保守、運用などに携わっていただきます。
5. トラブル時はグループ会社へエスカレーションを行い、連携して解決させます。
学歴
Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology related, from an accredited college or university.
大卒以上（IT関連を学んだ経験）
