A generalist player in establishing the overall business operations for Spenmo’s release in Japan, mainly in customer support and digital marketing
スキル・資格
・Minimum 1 years of relevant Fintech/ B2B software product marketing, sales or revenue operation experience
・Experience of starting a Japanese local business operation of a global tech service
・Excellent communication skills in Japanese (written and verbal) with a flair for getting people excited.
・Not native but professional level English as you aren’t hesitant to communicate internally.
・Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects.
・A positive and resilient attitude (flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment).
・Prior experience using Hubspot to create a sales and marketing operation is highly favourable.

業務内容
・Establishing the basic operations of our marketing funnel by using marketing automation tools such as Hubspot
・Translating and localising existing marketing assets and tutorial manuals into Japanese
・UI/UX translation into Japanese
・Project management work for licence obtaining and other regulatory requirements for Japan
・Collaborating with the Country Launcher to ensure the company's goals and targets are met
・Establish the Japanese customer support operations for releasing Spenmo’s product in Japan
・Post launch your responsibility may be narrowed more to a Sales, Customer Success or a Marketing type of role
