The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a leadership program* that hires high-potential MBA and Master's students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.
*IRDP is not rotation program. You can cultivate your career journey based on your experience, capability and aspiration.

Who We're Looking For

• Must have completed an full-time MBA or master's degree
• Minimum of 3 years or more of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in a full-time Masters level degree program
• Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
• ふぉｒFinancial technical skill (Accounting knowledge, working experience in Finance/Accounting, Certification (USCMA, CPA etc))
