Japan Payments Processing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Payments Processing Executive to join our team in Japan who are handling the appointment referral and provider payment processing for several US Military Treatment Facilities located across Japan. You will be responsible for taking incoming calls from Japanese providers, translators, Military Treatment Facilities and patients for schedule availability, referrals for translations as well as input claims. You may be requested to translate invoices from Japanese to English occasionally.

Key responsibilities

• To ensure the accurate and timely processing of Japan Authorizations and attendant Appointments, within International SOS standards and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• To ensure the accurate and timely functioning of the Japan Payments Processing (JPP) including upload to client portals and claim reimbursement
• Help resolve claims issues on behalf of providers and patients, working with International SOS teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution within TRICARE rules

About you

• Experience in claims and billing, preferably in the healthcare or financial sector
• Customer service skills
• Knowledge of hospital/medical administration a plus
• Bachelor's degree desirable
• Professional level English language
• Native level Japanese language
• PC Skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
