Japanese Kansai‑ben recording specialist

We are hiring Japanese with Kansai dialect to make conversation and reading in Japanese-Kansai (Kansai-ben)

Requirements:

1. All speakers must be first language speakers of the target Japanese dialect- Japanese Kansai, and their daily conversations are primarily conducted in the local dialect.
2. There are no occupational restrictions. All eligible candidates who meet the requirements for dialect accent, local residence experience can participate, including students, workers, teachers and other professions.

Task description:

1. The total recording duration per speaker must not exceed 0.5 hours.
2. Speakers shall use a normal speaking volume, avoiding excessively loud or quiet voices. The device volume can be adjusted appropriately according to the speaker's natural voice level.
3. All recordings must be delivered in a natural, smooth, and conversational tone with a moderate speaking speed. The valid voice duration of each audio segment shall be 2–8 seconds, and the total segment length shall be controlled within 2–10 seconds.

Compensation Rate: 40 USD per valid hour

Note: Payment is calculated based on the actual valid audio duration of deliverables, not the wall‑clock runtime of the recording device. Only audio that meets all audio specifications and passes quality inspection will be counted toward payable hours. Rejected or invalid audio segments will not be compensated. Non‑compliant audio shall be re‑recorded.
