Description
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Rust
* Build and optimise high-throughput data ingestion and processing pipelines
* Improve system performance, reliability, and low-latency processing capabilities
* Develop secure APIs and integrations with enterprise platforms
* Contribute to cloud microservices architectures
* Collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams on complex technical challenge
Profile
* 5+ years of backend or full-stack development experience
* Strong proficiency in Rust (essential)
* Experience building distributed, high-throughput systems
* Hands-on experience with Kafka, ELK, Spark, Flink, Redis, or similar technologies
* Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
* Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and microservices
* Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools
* Cybersecurity, SIEM, or data platform experience is advantageous
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international engineering environment
* No Japanese language skills required
* Must currently be located in Japan
