Job Qualifications:
- Ability to work with Client, onsite offshore teams. Excellent communication skills
- Expert at writing detailed, actionable requirements and/or functional specifications
- Should have at least 2 full life cycle JDE implementation, upgrade and rollouts experience
- Ability to Conduct Business Solutioning Workshops with the Client.
- Good experience in JDE Project Management and having worked in any one module of JD Edwards.
- Well versed in change management and stakeholder management
- Should be able to maintain good relationship with all stake holders while ensuring all projects are on time
- Well versed in Project governance and reporting structures. Establish and follow governance structures
- Should be able to identify risks and mitigate them
- Should be flexible to travel to project sites
- Taking regular status from team members, manage the team and project deliveries, plan course corrections based on progress and status
- Mentor, guide, coach team members and ensure all are working towards project objectives
- Working and delivering under time pressures, multi-tasking, time management and prioritization
- Hands on working experience of onsite/offshore model and managing teams and clients in different time zones
- Excellent at tracking, monitoring and supervising projects using MPP and other tools and reporting regular updates
- Reporting on Plan VS Actuals and deviation of Cost to stake holders, expectation management, flagging of risks.
