As a strategic advisor and consultant, you will collaborate with business leaders and Senior HRBP to address people, organizational, and cultural needs and challenges within the business units you will be responsible for.

HR Strategy Implementation:
* Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
* Support the development and execution of HR plans and programs.

Employee Relations:
* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
* Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
*
Talent Management:
* Support recruitment efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
* Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
*
Performance Management:
* Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
* Help identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
*
HR Data Management:
* Maintain accurate HR records and employee information in the HRIS.
* Generate HR reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
*
Compliance and Policies:
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement:
* Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
* Assist in organizing employee events and activities.
Profile
* Associates Degree
* 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within a multinational company.
* Knowledge of Japanese labor laws and regulations.
* Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Fluency in Japanese and business level English, both written and spoken.
