Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Junior Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate possesses an intricate understanding of Ruby on Rails, is experienced with modern JS frameworks, and has a firm grasp on PostgreSQL. Key Responsibilities:
● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.
● Implement front-end interfaces using modern JS frameworks and TailwindCSS.
● Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative solutions to various challenges.
● Develop and maintain data schemas and database systems using PostgreSQL.
● Design and execute thorough tests for code to ensure robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
● Workclosely with UX/UI designers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
● Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
● Keepup-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations and activities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
● Minimumof 2years in-depth experience with Ruby on Rails.
● Atleast 1 year of hands-on experience with modern JS frameworks.
● Comprehensive knowledge and experience with PostgreSQL.
● Proven ability to design and execute tests for code to ensure quality and performance.
● Adeptness in front-end development using TailwindCSS.
● Familiarity with Python is a plus.
● Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, relational database systems, and MVCdesign patterns.
● Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and a love for technical challenges.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
● Exposure to Python development.
● Familiarity with large language model integration.
● Experience or understanding of Azure cloud offerings.
