Description
* Training and Talent Development for the business units you will be in charge of
* Engage with leaders and employees on the current systems and provide advice for potential solutions
* Update existing training plans and create training plans from scratch
* Work closely with the rest of the HR team in ensuring a smooth employee life cycle
* Work with the global team on best practices and projects
Profile
* Good communication skills in Japanese and business level English
* Experience creating, localizing and conducting training
* Stakeholder management experience
* Team player and multi-tasker
