LVMH Fashion Group Japan role is to support several fashion Maisons in Japan to reach and surpass their business goals, hand-to-hand with LVMH Fashion Group Division Headquarter, Maisons Headquarters and LVMH Group functions.
LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T team provides full scope of services to Celine (HQ: Paris), Loewe (HQ: Madrid), Givenchy (HQ: Paris) and Kenzo (HQ: Paris) representing about 160 stores and 400 point of sales as well as 200 employees in charge of back-office operations.
As LVMH Fashion Group Japan IS&T department, we position ourselves as a business partner entity, providing IS&T support, guidance, training, services and delivery to our Maisons.
Our objective is that they can excel in their omnichannel digital transformation, deliver outstanding services to their Customers and further develop Brand desirability.
スキル・資格
• 5+ years’ experience in IT operations, including supporting and maintaining application.
• Good understanding of application support and monitoring processes.
• Strong Project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomat and firm.
• Fluent in Japanese; English business ability (email communication a must)
• Experience in retail / ERP(Microsoft D365 or SAP) applications a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems are preferable.
業務内容
The application engineer will act as a technological expert ensuring applications smooth operation and evolution. Scope will focus on back-office such as HR, Finance, Logistics related applications integrations and ERP integrations with front office applications.
Support applications operation:
• Monitor and maintain applications & their databases. Work closely with IT help-desk teams to resolve issues complex issues.
• Troubleshoot, analyze and document problems, including root cause analysis. Maintain local documentation and knowledge database.
• Monitor and report applications performance and SLAs.
• Leads and participates in efforts to implement best-practice processes for application monitoring, support and problem-solving.
• Connect with end-users to analyze user experience and gain constructive feedback. Provide advices and trainings when needed.
• Collaborate with business teams to ensure smooth operations of our applications.
• Maintain positive client relationships with end-users.
• Identifies, analysis gaps with the IS&T core model and proposes actions to close these gaps
• Ensure the proper watch of legal/ taxes constraints for Japan market
Coordinate application projects:
• Coordinate application deployment, upgrade and migration projects, collaborate with group IT teams to ensure proper integration.
• When needed, liaise with business department to identify technical requirements and propose changes and improvements.
• Assists in the modification and improvement of IS&T services and group application.
• Test applications to ensure they are error and bug free.
• Document the technical specification of the application and release note of enhancements.
